Cardiff Raptors have two teams in two divisions. Last year the club successfully avoided relegation from the Western Regional League, with their second team finishing fourth in the Welsh National League. Beginners are always welcome, with the first few sessions free of charge. It is best to contact the club directly for more information about joining.
